BEHIND THE GLEAUX

The woman behind the room.

At the heart of Gleaux is Jade Nikolaou, a strategic advisor, connector and impact strategist with more than 15 years of experience bringing people, ideas and opportunities together.

Her work spans media, marketing, events, philanthropy, corporate partnerships, venture and private capital, giving her a distinctly cross-disciplinary perspective on the power of relationships and what they can create.

Jade works at the intersection of capital, culture, business, philanthropy and community, connecting people and possibilities across industries and ecosystems.

Her philosophy is simple: The right people in the right room can change everything.

Gleaux is the natural evolution of that philosophy — a reflection of how Jade has always worked: strategically, thoughtfully and with an instinct for the room.

Because behind every partnership is a person.
Behind every experience is a story.
And behind every Gleaux is the possibility of something more.
